新宇環保集團有限公司自2000年成為香港創業板的上市公司(股份編號：8068 )，並於2016年8月1日正式於香港主板上市（股份編號：436）。

新宇環保目前以江蘇省為發展基地，致力發展環保業務，其主營業務包括環保處置工業及醫療廢物；於生態電鍍園內提供污水污泥處置及設施租賃服務；以及投資塑料染色業務。

新宇環保的環保業務及客戶遍及江蘇全省各區，現時在江蘇省內擁有5間提供危險廢物處置服務的子公司以及一個電鍍工業園，服務超過1,500家生產企業，亦為鎮江、泰州、鹽城各區內超過700家大小醫療機構收集及處置受管制的醫療危險廢物。

New Universe Environmental Group Limited (NU ENVIRO) became listed on the Hong Kong GEM Board (stock code: 8068 ) in 2000 and transferred its listing to the Hong Kong Main Board (stock code: 436.HK) on 1 August 2016.

Based in Jiangsu Province, NU ENVIRO is devoted to developing environmental protection business and is mainly engaged in the environmental treatment of industrial and medical wastes; the environmental sewage treatment and facility rental services in an eco-plating specialized zone; and the investments in plastic materials dyeing operations.

With its environmental protection business and clients spreading all over Jiangsu Province, NU ENVIRO currently owns 5 entities engaged in providing hazardous waste treatment services, and also owns an industrial park, serving approximately 1,500 manufacturing clients. NU ENVIRO also provides environmental treatment services of regulated medical wastes for over 700 medical organizations in Zhenjiang, Taizhou and Yancheng.

NU ENVIRO undertakes to ensure lean and effective management, to optimize integrated strength of business units, and to assure missions on environmental support to avoid hazardous waste pollution.
